WARNING — PHISHING SCAM

Email Scam Targets E-ZPass Users
It has come to our attention that many people have received an email message with an attachment indicating they owe money to E-ZPass. Please be advised that this is not a communication from E-ZPass, but is a phishing scam. We advise you not to open the attachment or respond to that message. We are aware of this issue and the appropriate law enforcement authorities have been contacted.
You can check to see if an email is an authentic message from the Maine Turnpike Authority by logging into your account and using the "View Emails Sent To You" link under the Email section of your Account Summary page.
