"SMISHING" TEXT SCAM WARNING

Recently, some people have received scam text messages requesting payment for tolls.

Maine Turnpike Authority does not send text messages requesting toll payments.

If you receive a text message requesting payment for a toll, do not respond to it or click any links.

If you are unsure, you may check your account online at ezpassmaineturnpike.com or call our Customer Service Center, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

E-ZPass Customer Service

In observance of Veterans Day, the Maine Turnpike Authority Headquarters and E-ZPass Customer Service Center will be closed on Monday, November 11th.
Regular business hours will resume Tuesday, November 12th.
 
The Maine Turnpike E-ZPass Customer Service website will be offline for maintenance on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Work is scheduled to start at 5:30 AM and should be completed by 12:00 PM. The website will be unavailable during that timeframe.
